Entry Requirements for the full IB Diploma Programme 

Any student who has completed the following courses from Secondary I and Secondary II is eligible to pursue an IB diploma during Secondary III and Secondary IV:

• Literature I (10 units) 

• Writing I (10 units) 

• Literature II (10 units) 

• Writing II (10 units) 

• Technology (10 units) 

• Algebra (10 units) 

• Geometry (10 units) 

• Physical Science (10 units) 

• Biology (10 units)  

• World Geography (10 units) 

• Modern World History or AP World History (10 units) 

• Wellness (10 units)* 

• P.E. Sports (10 units)* 

• Fine Arts- Art, Music, Drama (10 units)* 

• Languages other than English (20 units)**  

*If not previously mastered, these units must be completed concurrent with IB coursework in order for students to graduate. 

** This can be completed during Secondary III and IV school year with Language B. 

AP 课程

和IB课程不同， AP课程是一个可以单独选择的大学水平的课程，而且在课程内容和进度上是同步于大学水平的。 AP课程不只是开设一年，最终考试是每年的五月份。 

即使学生在11年级和12年级的时候选择IB DP课程， QSI也鼓励所有学生在10年级和11年级的时候，选择1门或多门AP科目。 AP课程是有挑战性的课程，学生可以

展现给大学他们在低年级段已经可以适应大学水平的课程。 并且也可以为IB课程打好基础，提前准备扎实。
