After IGCSE, students move into the next phase of the School and prepare themselves for life at University. This is a two-year programme in Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS Level) and Advanced Level (A Level) study.

When students enter Year 12 they usually study four subjects at AS Level. In Year 13, students then usually decide to continue with three subjects at A2 Level, which is a university requirement. The subjects offered at A Level are Art and Design, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Chinese, Design and Technology, Economics, English Language and Literature, French, Geography, History, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Media Studies, Music, Physical Education, Physics, Spanish and Theatre Studies.

Each student's application to the Sixth Form will be treated individually. Students should achieve minimum grades A*- B at GCSE in the subjects they wish to study at A Level. If they do NOT do so then they WILL still be considered for entry providing they have the minimum of five grades A*-C at GCSE but they may have to reconsider their subject choices.
